By accessing or using our website hellodaisydigital.com (the "Site") and our virtual assistant services (the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). We provide virtual assistant services, including but not limited to social media management, administrative support, and digital content creation. The exact scope of work is agreed upon between us and the client.

b. Service Availability
While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our Site and Services, we do not guarantee continuous availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time.

c. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and materials necessary for service completion. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client input.

2. Payments & Refunds
a. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the selected services. Payments must be made via the approved methods specified on our Site.

b. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a service agreement. If you have concerns, please contact us to discuss resolution options.

c. Late Payments
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to pause services until full payment is made.

3. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership of Work
Upon full payment, clients receive the right to use deliverables for their intended purposes. However, Hello Daisy Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

b. Client Content
Clients warrant that any materials provided to us (logos, images, text, etc.) do not infringe on third-party rights. The client assumes full responsibility for any copyright or trademark violations.

4. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared with us will be used solely for service delivery and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hello Daisy Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service agreements if a client violates these Terms or engages in inappropriate behaviour. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
